Mission Statement
My passion is to provide positive growth experience that will increase
your potential, self esteem and accomplishments. I do this by paying
attention to mind, body and spirit; seeing you as an integrated whole.
I bring 25 years of practice and experience to your coaching sessions,
varying the approach according to your individual needs and always
supporting your agenda.
My office is a beautiful restored Victorian home in the Tower District. It is
easily reached from the freeway or public
transportation. A free telephone consultation is available to see if I am the
right person for you.

More About Me

Margot E. Tepperman, L.C.S.W., has
completed her coaches training through the College of Executive Training
and received a Masters Degree from the University of Colorado in
Education/Career Counseling and a Masters Degree in Social Work from
California State University Fresno.

Margot has been a
counselor, consultant, speaker, seminar leader and has cpmpleted
qualifications as an Associate Certified Coach since 1981.

Professional memberships
include International Coach Federation (ICF),
the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and the
Association of EMDR Practitioners (EMDRIA.)

Margot is a certified hypno-therapist and
EMDR practitioner.

Prior to her counseling
career, Margot was an artist and
has a BA in Art from the University of Colorado.

She has completed
entrepreneurial training through the Central Valley Business
Incubator.
